Tomáš Liška MBA MRICS
Tomas is in active in Real Estate industry since 2000 and having full-range of experience in commercial real estate, where he had been working on high level management position for recognised and respected international developers as HB Reavis and TriGranit (Development Corporation) for almost 13 years. Tomas graduated MBA on Sales Manager Academia in Vienna; he also accomplished Real Estate Development and Investment certificate programme on Birchem International University.
Between years 2013 and 2015 Tomáš had been member of the board of directors of Slovak Green Building Council (SKGBC) and since 2014 is member of RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors promotes and enforces the highest professional qualifications and standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure) accredited for Commercial Real Estate. As Tomas biggest achievements during his professional years could be considered preparations, leasing and development schemes as Twin City or Nivy Mall in size more than 500.000 sq. m as well as deep involvement in various highly valuable real estate transactions.
